The LEPL Information Technology Agency has received financing from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) as part of a European Union grant, towards the cost of Project: “Strengthening Human Capital Development in Georgia.” Part of the proceeds will be used for the procurement of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) System.
The bidding process will be conducted through an International Procurement Competition with international advertisement, in accordance with the Procurement Guidelines for AFD-Financed Contracts in Foreign Countries. This procedure entails certain modifications to the standard Government procurement processes.
Bid submission and bid opening will be carried out electronically via the Georgian E-Government Procurement System, subject to several adjustments.
