As the Contracting Authority, Electriciens sans frontières hereby consults companies for the compliance control and reception of 8 plants featuring hybrid solutions on infrastructures as part of its project "UKRAINE – SPHERE – 2025”.
This consultation covers sites located in Kharkiska and Sumska oblasts.
The tender documentation includes:

The Request for proposal description;
•
The Technical Clauses expected to be respected;
•
Compliance Control check list & Construction Completion Statement;
•
A blank version of the contract.

Any offer received by the Contracting Authority after the deadline, which is August 28th, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Paris time), will not be considered.
The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to ask clarifying questions to companies submitting bids between August 31st, 2026 and September 3rd, 2026.
The evaluation committee will meet and inform all the companies consulted of the outcome of the contract award from September 3rd, 2026.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to cancel the Tender procedure at any time before the Contract is awarded, without incurring any liability towards the concerned bidder(s) and without being obliged to inform the affected bidder(s) of the reasons for its decision.
Compliance control must be commissioned no later than October 30th, 2026.
