The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) and the OPEC Fund for International Cooperation (FIC) for the implementation of the project “Reconstruction of the water supply system of the Kasan - Mubarek district centers and rural settlements adjacent to the water pipeline from the Kitab-Shakhrisabz groundwater deposit of the Kashkadarya region” and intends to use part of this financing for payments under NCB contracts №NWSP/PG/1-1 - Lot 1, №NWSP/PG/1-2 - Lot 2, №NWSP/PG/1-3 - Lot 3, №NWSP/PG/1-4 - Lot 4, NWSP/PG/1-5 - Lot 5 and №NWSP/PG/1-6 - Lot 6.
LLC “Kashkadaryo Suv Taminoti” invites you to submit sealed bids from eligible bidders to participate in the NCB Tender №NWSP/PG/1-1 - Lot 1, №NWSP/PG/1-2 - Lot 2, №NWSP/PG/1-3 - Lot 3, №NWSP/PG/1-4 - Lot 4, NWSP/PG/1-5 - Lot 5 and №NWSP/PG/1-6 - Lot 6.
Number and identification of lots involving this bidding process: 6 (six).
Lot 1: Purchase of machines, including a wheeled excavator (1 pc.);
Lot 2: Purchase of machines, including a wheeled mini excavator (2 pcs.);
Lot 3: Purchase of machines, including a car for emergency service (3 pcs.);
Lot 4: Purchase of machines, including Hydrodynamic Machine (2 pcs.);
Lot 5: Purchase of machines, including Dump Truck (3 pcs.);
Lot 6: Purchase of machines, including the Mobile Chemical and Bacteriological Laboratory (2 pcs.).
The delivery time for machinery and equipment for all lots is 120 days.
The tender will be held within the framework of international competitive bidding conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and the Contracting of Development Institutions - Members of the Coordination Group (first edition, 2001) and is open to all eligible participants as defined in the guidelines.
Interested persons eligible to participate in the tender can obtain additional information and familiarize themselves with the tender documents from the Project Management Unit of the Arab Coordination Group under JSC “Uzsuvtaminot” at the address below during working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English and Russian by submitting a written bid to the address below and making a non-refundable payment in the amount of 200 US dollars or the equivalent in the soums of Uzbekistan at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the day of payment.
