REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

PSI in Madagascar, invites providers to submit their best offer for the purchasing of the following item:

003-24 Development and Implementation support of the biometric identification system

Details documents will be sent to the interested bidders by e-mail upon receipt of a formal demand specifying the bidder's e-mail address and the tender reference, which demand shall be sent by e-mail to appro.psi@psi.mg

The proposition in a closed and sealed envelope must be received at the address mail offres@psi.mg, no later than August 22th, 2024, at 23:59 AM, Antananarivo Madagascar local time (UTC + 3) with the reference:

*24.235*RFI003-24: development and implementation support of the biometric identification system

* Late bids will not be accepted,
* Electronic submission of bids is not authorized
* Submission of bids by an applicant not listed in the bidding documents is not acceptable.

PSI in Madagascar does not tolerate corruption in any form and any individual or legal entity attempting to obtain a contract through bribery is automatically disqualified and will be permanently removed from PSI-Madagascar's list of suppliers.
