How to obtain the Consultation Record (DCE):
- click on link to the marches-securises platform
- search the consultation by keywords (example : Tchad) or with reference EDU-2024-0648 or AFD_75_20241226W2_01
- if applicable, register on the platform
- download the DCE. You will find a complete manual for using the platform

Please note that you don't need to register to download the consultation file; you can obtain it anonymously. Once on www.marches-securises.fr, click on "Access the DCE", then click on the link in the following sentence (written in very small type): "To anonymously download the complete file in Zip compressed format, click on this link. "
Nevertheless, we remind you that you will need to register to be able to ask any administrative/financial/technical questions you may have in the "Questions/Answers" section, as well as to submit your bid.

Mise en place d’un dispositif de suivi-évaluation adapté du programme d’entrepreneuriat agro-alimentaire au Tchad

Marche à suivre pour obtenir le dossier de consultation (DCE) :
- cliquer sur lien vers la plateforme marches-securises
- chercher la consultation par mots clés (exemple : Tchad) ou avec la référence EDU-2024-0648 ou AFD_75_20241226W2_01
- le cas échéant, inscrivez-vous sur la plateforme
- télécharger le DCE. Vous trouverez un mode d'emploi complet pour l'utilisation de la plateforme

A noter qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de s'inscrire pour télécharger le dossier de consultation, vous pouvez l'obtenir de façon anonyme. Une fois sur www.marches-securises.fr, cliquer sur "Accéder au DCE", puis cliquer sur le lien dans la phrase suivante (inscrite en tout petit) : "Pour télécharger anonymement le dossier complet au format compressé Zip, cliquez sur ce lien. "
Néanmoins, nous vous rappelons qu'il sera nécessaire de vous inscrire pour pouvoir poser vos éventuelles questions administratives/financières/techniques à la rubrique "Questions/Réponses", de même que pour déposer votre offre.
