1. The Samarkand Suv Ta’minoti JSC has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Reconstruction of Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage System in Kattakurgan Town of Samarkand Region Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Package 9: Reconstruction of Water Supply System of Ingichka Village.
2. The Samarkand Suv Ta’minoti JSC now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Package 9: Reconstruction of Water Supply System of Ingichka Village which includes 4 main components as construction of Sepki Water Intake (WI), Intermediate Water Pump Station (WPS), Ingichka Water Distribution Station (WDU) and Transmission Lines between these facilities
• Sepki Water Intake (WI); Construction of two pieces of reservoirs with capacity of 200 m³ for each, pump station Q= 60 l/s, Hm= 160 m, drilling of wells and construction of Transforming Substation, Diesel Generator Building, Chlorination Generation Room and Guard House and site piping and sanitary facilities, landscaping, fences and entrance gates.
• Intermediate Water Pump Station (WPS); Construction of two pieces of reservoirs with capacity of 500 m³ for each, pump station Q= 60 l/s, Hm= 120 m, Transforming Substation, Diesel Generator Building Security Gatehouse and site piping and sanitary facilities, landscaping, fences and entrance gates.
• Ingichka (WDU); Reconstruction of a reservoir with a capacity of 800 m³ and construction of an additional new reservoir of 1000 m3 as well as construction of a pumping station 2 main and 1 stand by each Q= 12,5 l/s, Hm= 40 m, construction of a Transformer substation, diesel generator. The guard post building, as well as pipelines and sanitary facilities on the territory, landscaping, fences and gates.
• Construction of Transmission Lines 1 from the Sepki Water Intake (WI). to the Intermediate Water Pump Station (WPS) with a length of 7.6 km from steel pipes Ø 325 mm;
• Construction of Transmission Lines 2; from the Intermediate Water Pump Station (WPS) to Ingichka Water Distribution Unit (WDU) with a length of 2.7 km from steel pipes Ø 325 mm;
• Construction of a 6 kV power transmission line with a length of approximately 11.7 km from the Ingichka Water Distribution Unit (WDU): to the Sepki Water Intake (WI).
3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” [published May 2004, revised 2019) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Shavkat Norkobilov Head of the branch of JSC Uzsuvtaminot PMU of the WB and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 at the address given below item 8..

Interested Bidders can purchase a full set of tender documents in English language by submitting a written application to the address below and making a non-refundable payment in the amount of US$ 200 or the equivalent in Uzbek soums, according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of payment. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below item 9 on or before on or before 16:00 (Tashkent time) 14th of March, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below item 8, on or before 16:00 (Tashkent time) 14th of March 2025.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of $ 40,000 (forty thousand US Dollars).
7. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
