No 02/AOIR/CUB/MVB/SG/CIPM/CCCM-BEC/2025 du 23 Mai 2025 pour le recrutement d’un Bureau d’Etudes Techniques pour la maitrise d’œuvre complète des projets de construction et de réhabilitation d’équipements sportifs de proximité dans la ville de Bertoua dans le cadre du programme sport Capitales Régionales « SPORCAP » (.).

Messieurs, Mesdames,

1. Le Maire de la Ville de Bertoua (ci-après nommé "le Client") a reçu de l’AFD conformément à la résolution n° C20231311du comité des Etats Etrangers de l’AFD en date du 13 décembre 2023 une subvention conforme à la N°CONVENTION AFD CCM 1819 01T du 12 juin 2024 et entend affecter une partie du financement aux paiements relatifs au Contrat pour lequel la présente demande de proposition est émise.

Le Client sollicite maintenant des propositions en vue de la fourniture des services de consultants ci-après : Recrutement d’un Bureau d’Etudes Techniques pour la maitrise d’œuvre complète des projets de construction et de réhabilitation d’équipements sportifs de proximité dans la ville de Bertoua dans le cadre du programme sport Capitales Régionales « SPORCAP ».

a) Veuillez avoir l’obligeance de nous faire savoir au plus tard le _______________ par écrit adressé au Maire de la Ville de Bertoua ou par courriel aux deux adresses e-mails suivantes : cubertoua@yahoo.com; cellulec2dbertoua@gmail.com Que vous avez reçu la présente lettre d’invitation ; et
b) Si vous soumettrez une Proposition seul ou si, afin d’augmenter votre expérience, vous sollicitez l’autorisation de vous associer avec une ou d’autres sociétés tel que décrit dans la Section II, Données particulières 14.1.1.
7. Les propositions devront parvenir à la Cellule Locale de Projet (CLP) de la Communauté Urbaine de BERTOUA sis à 1301 Avenue Yellem MADI – Koumé - National n°10 au lieudit village artisanal, à côté de l’hôtel de ville au plus tard le 10 juillet 2025 [42 jours après publication] à 11h00 tel que décrit dans la Section I, IC 17.7 et IC 17.9.
8. Le démarrage de ces services est prévu en Août 2025.

FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF A TECHNICAL STUDIES OFFICE FOR THE COMPLETE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION PROJECTS FOR LOCAL SPORTS FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF BERTOUA AS PART OF THE REGIONAL CAPITALS SPORTS PROGRAM « SPORCAP »
Ladies and gentlemen,
1. The Bertoua City Mayor here in after referred to « as the client » received from the French Developement Agency (AFD) in accordance with the resolution n° C20231311 from the AFD Foreign States Committee of the 13th December 2023 a grant in accordance with the convention N° CONVENTION AFD CCM 1819 01T of the 12th of June 2024 and intends to allocate part of the financing to payments relating to the contract for which this request for proposals is issued.

The Client now request proposals for the provision of the following consulting services: for the recruitment of a technical studies office for the complete project management of the construction and rehabilitation for the local sports facilities in the city of Bertoua as part of the regional capitals sports program « SPORCAP » (in emergency procedure).
2. For further information on the “Services”, please see the attached Terms of Reference (Section VII).

d) If you are submitting a Proposal alone or if, in order to increase your experience, you are requesting permission to associate with one or more other companies as described in the Section II, Particular Data 14.1.1.
7. Proposals must reach the Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Local Project Cell (LPC) of the Bertoua City Council located on 1301 Avenue Yellem MADI – Koumé - National n°10 at the place called craft village, next to the City Hall no later than _________________[42 days after publication] at 11:00 AM as described in Section I, IC 17.7 and IC 17.9.

8. The start of these services is planned for August 2025.
