The Vietnam Administration of Seas and Islands (VASI) was established under the Government's Decree No. 25/2008 / ND-CP of March 4, 2008, defining the functions, tasks and rights. and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of VASI are specified in the Prime Minister's Decision No. 06/2018 / QD-TTg of January 23, 2018.
Project description: The VASI has received a financing from the Agence francaise de Developpement (AFD) and intends to use part of the funds under the project "Support to Intergrated Coastal Zone Management of the Hai Phong estuarine area and Ha Long and Bai Tu Long bays".
