Experience requirements:
10 years of experience in the field of training system engineering as well as the
implementation of training systems and instructional design;

5+ years of experience in providing or assisting in the provision of
professional training ;
Proven experience in training within the electricity sector (electricity,
mechanics, energy, Power Utilities)
A degree/certification in project management or equivalent would be to the
candidate's advantage.
Experience in deploying and implementing online training platforms

Experience in managing training centers.
Sector-specific experience and specific experience related to public services
