Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction – La Plaine, Dominica
DOWASCO, in collaboration with the CARIBSAN Project and supported by the European Union, ODE Martinique, AFD, ODE Guadeloupe, and INRAE, is inviting qualified consultants to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for design, supervision, and project management services.
This transformative project will introduce innovative, eco-friendly wastewater treatment technology tailored to Caribbean conditions – using local plant species and sustainable practices to protect our environment and improve wastewater management in La Plaine.
