TENDER NOTICE FOR

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS

1. Purpose
SAYNA invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply and delivery of laptops to support the implementation of the Digital Hub Project in Togo.

2. Scope of Work
Supply and delivery of brand-new laptops in accordance with the specifications detailed in the bidding document.

3. Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must meet the eligibility requirements defined by AUDA-NEPAD procurement procedures and comply with the conditions outlined in the bidding documents, including:

1. Certificate of incorporation/registration and proven experience in the supply of IT equipment;

2. Submitting all required administrative and financial documents (Tax registration document, Valid Tax clearance certificate, Audited financial statements, Manufacturer’s authorization, Dealership/Distributor Certification or proof of partnership. etc.);

3. Complying with the technical specifications and delivery timelines indicated in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of EURO 6,450.00.

4. Bids Submission Instructions
Interested and eligible bidders are invited to access and download the full bidding documents through the following LINK.
Bidders are required to complete and submit their details using the designated online form

All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with; Name and address of the bidder, the tender name and procurement number ICB No. AUDA-NEPAD/KfW 2015 69 052/FW2/TOG/001/2 and dropped at the following address: Boris AMEGANVI 96
Boulevard Jean-Paul 2, Nukafu, Lomé,Togo to be received on or before January 5, 2026 at 10: 00 a.m. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

5. Bids Opening Bids will be opened in the presence of representative of bidders who wish to be present on January 5, 2026 at 11: 00 a.m.
