SECTION I: LETTER OF INVITATION

Dear Applicants,

REF: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SUPPORT WITH YEAR-END CLOSURE OF ACCOUNTS AND TO MANAGE INCREASED VOLUME OF WORK AT THE AFRICAN UNION COMMISSION

1. The African Union Commission wishes to select (4) highly qualified African experts to undertake the above assignment. The AUC now invites the interested Candidates to submit CVs for the assignment as per attached Terms of Reference (TORS).

2. The Consultants will be selected on the basis of their qualifications and experience in accordance with the provisions on the selection of Individual Consultants and the pass mark shall be 70 points.

3. The EoIs must include the following:
(i) A Cover Letter outlining the understanding of the assignment
(ii) CV demonstrating experience with similar assignments.

4. The EoIs must be submitted to the following e-mail address:

5. The title of the Procurement and Procurement Number must
appear as subject of e-mail submissions.

6. This Request for Expression of Interest comprises of the following:
(i) This Letter of Invitation
(ii) Terms of Reference

7. Submission Modalities:
a. A detailed CV demonstrating experience with similar assignments Detailed CV outlining the following:
▪ Educational and Professional Qualification/Certifications
▪ Relevant experience related to the assignment
▪ Relevant academic credentials should be attached together with the CV.

8. The Deadline for submission is 1500 Hrs. East African Time, on 02 March 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
