Project: Selection of Consultants for Panel of Dam Experts

In the context of financing received from the Agence Française de
Développement (AFD), the Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities is inviting
proposals from experienced and qualified consultants for the provision of the
above Consultancy Services.
The proposals should either be deposited in the Bid Box or sent by courier service,
clearly labelled to reach the Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities at the address
mentioned below not later than Thursday 14
th May 2026 up to 13.30 hours (local
time/UTC+4)
