It is to inform that, under Quality & Cost Based Selection Method (QCBS), your firm “M/s SAFEGE (SUEZ Consulting) – Lead organization, in Joint Venture with SUEZ International and Rehman Habib Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and in consortium as Sub-Contractors with Sparkoper, Nordic International Water Aps, and Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC)” is emerged as the highest ranked Bidder for subject Consultancy work against a Quoted Bid Amount of Euros 11,352,388.86 & PKR 106,999,922.25 (Inclusive of all applicable taxes).
In view of above, it is requested to please submit the draft Contract Agreement comprising of following within 15 days in order to proceed further:

ii) JV Agreement
iii) General Conditions of the Contract
iv) Special Conditions of the Contract
