The Services of the consultant shall consist of a Feasibility Study including development of a a forest plantation, mangrove and biodiversity conservation project within forest areas managed by TFS, as well as a project appraisal document.. The goal of the project would be to contribute to efforts of reforestation, reduction of deforestation and conservation of natural habitats
