INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE SERVICE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE PORT VICTORIA REHABILITATION AND EXTENSION PROJECT.

The Seychelles Ports Authority (SPA) is seeking the expertise of suitable qualified and experience Individuals/ Consultant/ Consultancy Firms to assist with the ‘’Management of the Rehabilitation and Extension Project ’’. The aim is to oversee all construction and dredging works under the Port Victoria Rehabilitation and Extension Project at the Seychelles Ports Authority.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) Document containing:
(i) Background and Objective of the Consultancy,
(ii) Terms of Reference,
(iii) Submission Requirement,
(iv) Qualification Criteria, and
(v) Evaluation Criteria,
Can be collected from the address below as from Monday 27th September, 2021 to Friday 01st October September, 2021 at 9.00 am to 3.00 pm

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EOI Document before submitting any responses to this EOI.
The eligible consultants must submit their response in a sealed envelope marked “Project Management Services for the Port Victoria Rehabilitation and Extension Project” and addressed to;

The deadline for the submission of responses for the EOI is on Tuesday 12th October 2021 at 11.00am (Seychelles Time) or by email: procurement@seyport.sc and no responses will be accepted after the set deadline.
Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted. Bid Document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
