Eligibilité des Soumissionaires:   The Implementing Agency shall be a consulting firm, or a consortium of
Consultants/consulting firms with international exposure and a locally-based support capacity. The
Implementing Agency will demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience in;
- The overall financial sector, especially among the following areas:
o Rural banking and agricultural finance
o Financial inclusion and microfinance institutions
o Digital banking, inclusive digital finance solutions, digital transition of microfinance
institutions

- Creating awareness on a subject / new practices to a target audience and also to a large
public.
The Implementing Agency will demonstrate strong knowledge of the Philippines context and/or ability
to mobilise relevant local counterpart(s).
In particular, the following skills and competencies are expected:
- Demonstrated experience in technical evaluation and programme design;
- Skills in training and capacity-development, including for financial institutions beneficiaries;

All mobilised experts shall be fluent in English.

The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) is looking for an Implementing Agency that will help out in the implementation of the grant by the Agence Francaise de Developpemented (AFD). For more information, please read the REOI User's Guide Expressions of Interest must be submitted no later than June 26, 2022, 11:00 PM (Philippine Time) to: appointments@rbap.info ; executivedirector@rbap.info ; afdmanille@afd.fr
