1. The Government of Angola has received financing from the World Bank the French Development Agency toward the cost of the Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Acquisition of Irrigation System for the Coffee Study Center in Cuanza Norte.

2. The Office of Studies, Planning and Statistics (GEPE), of the Ministry of Agriculture and Florests (MINAGRIF) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Acquisition of Irrigation System for the Coffee Study Center in Cuanza Norte.
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulation of July 2016, revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit (UIP) of the CADP and consult the tender documents at the address mentioned below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
5. The bidding document in English are available free of charge by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written request by completing the Registration Form Bidder’s Application Form, available at the following link https://pdac.ao/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Bidder-Application-Form-Versao-em-Ingles-1.pdf

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 28 December 2022 at 10:30 (Angola Local time). Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below 10:35 am on 28 December 2022 online by Microsoft Teams.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration,”
8. “Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.”
