In line with Facility 2050 Mauritius (2023-2025) programme, the Ministry of Environment,
Solid Waste Management and Climate Change Invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from
Consulting Firms with proven experience for Consultancy Services for Building a shared
and coherent « Vision 2050 » for the resilience and decarbonization of the Tourism sector.

3.The EOI and all documentation in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “EOI for
Consultancy Services for Building a shared and coherent « Vision 2050 » for the resilience
and decarbonization of the Tourism sector –ENV/23-24/Q60/EOI” shall be deposited in
the Tender Box located at the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and
Climate Change on 9th Floor, Ken Lee Tower, Corner Barracks and St Georges Streets, Port
Louis, Republic of Mauritius on or before Thursday 14 December 2023 up to 13.30 hrs
(Local Time). Electronic submission shall not be permitted. Late submission shall not be
considered.
4.Queries, if any, should be addressed to the Secretary, Departmental Bid Committee, 6th
Floor, Ken Lee Tower, Corner Barracks and St Georges Streets, Port Louis, Mauritius or by
email:secretariatdbc-env@govmu.org not later than 14 days prior to the closing date of the
Expression of Interest.
5. The Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change reserves the
right to accept or reject any interest expressed and to annul the whole Expression of
Interest exercise, even at the end of the assessment stage, without thereby incurring any
liability whatsoever to any applicant.
