Dear Sir/Madam,
As the Contracting Authority, Electriciens sans frontières hereby consults companies for the supply, délivery, construction and commissioning of 16 plants featuring hybrid solutions on schools as part of its project "UKRAINE – Hybrid Solutions – 2023."
This consultation covers 16 batchs (1 batch per school) :
Batch 1: Ripky Highschool, Chernihiv Oblast;
Batch 2: Chernihiv Highschool No. 22, Chernihiv Oblast;
Batch 3: Nizhyn Secondary School of Grades I-III No. 15, Nizhyn City Council;
Batch 4: Kulykivka Highschool, Chernihiv Oblast;
Batch 5: Mena Gymnasium n°7 of the Mena City Council;
Batch 6: Klevanska special boarding school №1, Rivnens'ka oblast;
Batch 7: Klevanska special boarding school №2, Rivnens'ka oblast;
Batch 8 : NGO “Childrens development center erudit”, Rivnens'ka oblast;
Batch 9: Holubnivskyi Lyceum of the Bereznovskyi City Council, Rivnens'ka oblast;
Batch 10: Chernihiv general Boarding School, Chernihiv oblast;
Batch 11: Bakhmach Lyceum No. 1 Bakhmach City Council, Chernihiv oblast;
Batch 12: Pryluky gymnasium No. 1, Chernihiv oblast;
Batch 13: Pryluky gymnasium No. 10, Chernihiv oblast;
Batch 14: Varva Lyceum No. 1, Chernihiv oblast;
Batch 15: Korops comprehensive school of grades I-III, Chernihiv oblast;
Batch 16: 2 buildings one facility : New school of Tsykourny, Kharkivskyi raion and out patient clinic/Village council
The tender documentation includes:

Any offer received by the Contracting Authority after the deadline, which is February 7, 2024, at 18:00 PM (Paris time), will not be considered.
The Evaluation Committee will meet and inform all consulted companies of the result of the contract award no later than February 9, 2024.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to cancel the Tender procedure at any time before the Contract is awarded, without incurring any liability towards the concerned bidder(s) and without being obliged to inform the affected bidder(s) of the reasons for its decision.
Hybrid installations must be commissioned no later than April 30, 2024 for all batches.
