As the Contracting Authority, Electriciens sans frontières hereby consults companies for the construction and commissioning of 1 plant featuring hybrid solutions on a hospital as part of its project "UKRAINE – Hybrid Solutions – 2023."

This consultation covers 1 batch :
Batch 1: Balaklia central district hospital - Kharkivskyi raion, Balaklia;

The tender documentation includes:
✔ This letter of invitation
✔ The Request for proposal description;
✔ The Technical Clauses;
✔ The Bill of quantities.

Any offer received by the Contracting Authority after the deadline, which is March 22, 2024, at 12:00 PM (Paris time), will not be considered.

The Evaluation Committee will meet and inform all consulted companies of the result of the contract award no later than March 24, 2024.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to cancel the Tender procedure at any time before the Contract is awarded, without incurring any liability towards the concerned bidder(s) and without being obliged to inform the affected bidder(s) of the reasons for its decision.

Hybrid installations must be commissioned no later than May 30, 2024.
