Planned for a duration of 4 years, the project led by Inter Aide addresses 3 structural weaknesses of the rural poultry sector in Malawi.
By working closely with the Department of Animal Health and Livestock Development (DAHLD) from the Ministry of Agriculture to address the constraints on vaccine production and to strengthen the governance of the poultry sector, the project will expand the dissemination of the vaccination services to new districts in order to reach over one million new beneficiaries at the end of the 4th year.
To strengthen the technical and biosafety capacities of the Central Veterinary Laboratory for the production of I-2 vaccine, Inter Aide is looking for the support of a professional service provider which is well experienced in livestock vaccine production, quality control and capacity building.
