This project aims to support the effective implementation of the new Government Regulation on Energy Conservation by conducting a comprehensive analysis, developing detailed derivative regulations, coordinating efforts among development partners, proposing strategy and study to address the current and potential challenges, providing actionable recommendations to the government, and enhancing institutional capacity and knowledge networks through knowledge-sharing activities.

To achieve these goals, the project will conduct a comprehensive review and assessment of the existing energy efficiency studies and projects delivered by development partners to enhance the effectiveness of energy efficiency programs. Additionally, it will deliver a high-level implementation of strategy and studies to strengthen the development of derivative energy conservation regulations. Furthermore, it will provide a transparent and sound regulation framework to facilitate financing and investment in EE projects.
