  • All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 10/05/2024 at 10:00 a.m local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 10:10 a.m, local time.
  • A compulsory site visit is scheduled to take place on 26/04/2024.The venue for departure is Kamonyi District headquarters, at 10:00 a.m local time (Site visit shall be conducted by a staff of the company (Staff Card or Recommendation letter is required);
  • The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
