1. Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) - Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysical Agency has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of Development of Maritime Meteorological Information System in Indonesia (MMS)-2 It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for HF Radar Array.

2. The BMKG now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from POKJA MMS2 Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08.00 AM to 03.00 PM Local Time (Jakarta Time UTC +7) through email address: pokja.str2@bmkg.go.id.

4. The bidding document can be downloaded by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. No payment needed for the bidding documents. The document, which is in electronic file can be download from below website.

5. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods.

6. Bids must be delivered to Pokja MMS2 Attention Mr. Shendyko Wicaksono on Gedung A, 2nd floor/ULP Room, Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika Jl. Jalan Angkasa I No. 2 Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat 10610 before 11.00 AM Local Time (Jakarta Time UTC +7) on July, 8th 2024 and must be accompanied by bid security of EUR 320.000.

7. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2.00 PM Local Time (Jakarta Time UTC +7) on July 8th, 2024 at the offices of Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika Jl. Jalan Angkasa I No. 2 Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat 10610 (Gedung A, 2nd floor/ULP Room).
