Open International Bidding
The Central Electricity Board (CEB) is inviting bids from eligible local and international
bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Design, Supply,
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a 2 MWac Floating Solar Power
Plant at Tamarind Falls Reservoir.
Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System

is CEB/IFB/2024/7837.
Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Tuesday
30 July 2024 up to 13 30hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest.
Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt
and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 30 July 2024 as from 14 31hrs till Thursday
01 August 2024 up to 14 00hrs (Mauritian Time).
Bids will be opened online on the e-Procurement System on Thursday 01 August 2024
as from 14 01hrs up to 18 00hrs (Mauritian Time) at the following address:

Julius Nyerere Avenue, Rose-Hill, Rep. of Mauritius
A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit is scheduled on Tuesday 09 July 2024
at 10 30hrs (Mauritian Time) at the Tamarind Falls Reservoir, Henrietta, Rep. of Mauritius.
The Central Electricity Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid
and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award
of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
