Procurement Reference No: MEPU/E/OAB/11/24-25

1. The Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential local and international Consultants/Team of Experts to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement system for Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a Strategic Plan for Green Hydrogen in the Republic of Mauritius.
2. Request for Proposals document may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: PUBLICUTILITIES/IFB/2024/355.
3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest as per Key Activity Schedule (Local Time).
4. Consultants who have submitted their proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule.
5. Proposals received will be opened online as per Key Activity Schedule in the presence of the Consultant’s representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder.

6. The Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities reserves the right to accept or reject either in whole or in part, any interest expressed and to annul the whole bidding exercise without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any bidder.
