1. JSC “Uzsuvtaminot” has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement (the French Development Agency) towards the cost of the projects Sanitation Development Project in the cities of Shakhrisabz, Kitab and Karmana, Uzbekistan. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for “Procurement of machines and equipment for three regional Suvtaminots” (2nd package) No: SDP/RFB/08-RB

2.The AFD PIU – branch of JSC “Uzsuvtaminot” now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of machines and equipment for three regional Suvtaminots (Shakhrisabz, Kitab and Karmana) (“the Goods”) with the following Lots:
Lot 1: Vacuum sewer (4 pcs) and sludge suction machine (1 pcs);
Lot 2: Excavators (4 pcs)

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents between the hours of 9-00 – 18-00 (Tashkent time) at the office of AFD PIU – branch of JSC “Uzsuvtaminot” at:

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be received by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above.

5.The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods.

6. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 21st of February 2025 on 16-00 p.m. of Tashkent time and must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.

7. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 21st of February 2025 on 16-00 p.m. of Tashkent time at the office of AFD PIU – branch of JSC “Uzsuvtaminot”:

8. Qualification criteria are as follows: Financial Capabilities, Average Annual Supplier Turnover, Similar, Specific Experiences, and after sale service.
