We hereby publish the minutes of the Bid Opening regarding the procurement process for Rehabilitation of Road Package A (Municipio Manufahi), National Road (Arterial A14) Same Luak-Betano, L = 10 KM (Part 1 – 5.1 KM) (TENDER/176/MOP-2024) which was held at National Procurement Commission’s premises on the 30 January 2025 at 15:00 pm.

JURY MEETING FOR TECHNICAL BID OPENING

On the 30 of January 2025, at 3:00 PM, the jury met at the premises of the National Procurement Commission (NPC), located in Avenida de Balide, Património do Estado, Díli, in order to proceed with the opening of the technical bids.

1 – Project identification: TENDER/176/MOP-2024
2 – Project owner: Ministry of Public Works

6 – The Jury has opened each technical bid’s envelope, as identified in the previous number and in the order provided therein, listing it sequentially and initialing the letter of technical bid.
7 - The Jury has prepared a table identifying each of the submitted and opened bids, the bidder’s name, bid security amount and validity, in its order of submission, is in the attachment.
8 – The price bids are kept by the Jury in an envelope or in sealed box until they are opened for evaluation.
9 – The Jury has closed the public meeting for the opening of bids and ordered the publication of these Minutes.
